General terms, prices and contacts.
General terms
The prices depend of the photos' state, number and size. They are to be discussed
because each case is different. Minimum charge : 8 €.
- The printing costs (quality digital printing, on mate or glossy paper) are
added to the restoration service. See details below.
- Archiving: 1 € per CD ROM.
- Sending : between from 0,90 € to higher, according to Belgian postal
service's rates.
- All the present prices, except sending, include the Belgian duty of
21%. You won't have to pay the duty if you can communicate your VAT number.
- The client gives it's assurance that the lent photos are his own property
and that he has got the right to transmit and modify them. I am not responsible
for the changes that would be an attempt to copyrights. The lender is entirely
responsible.
- I am not responsible for damages that would occur during the sending. The
lender has to protect correctly the photos, like I would do it when sending
the photos back.
- After restoration, a preview is sent by e-mail (GIF or JPG format). Except
particular agreement, the client will get the final work (and the bill) after
payment.
- For Belgium, the payment will be done by credit transfer to account number

Bill terms
Les factures sont payables à l'avance - ou, moyennant accord particulier,
dans les 15 jours suivant leur réception. Au-delà de cette échéance,
les montants impayés portent de plein droit, sans rappel ni mise en demeure,
un intérêt moratoire de 12% l'an. En cas de non-paiement dans les
60 jours suivant la date d'émission de la facture, le montant de celle-ci
est majoré de 10%, à titre d'indemnité forfaitaire et irréductible
(art.1147-1152 et art.1226 du Code Civil). A compter de la date de réception
du premier rappel, le non-paiement dans les huit jours ouvrables entraîne
la mise en demeure. Seuls les tribunaux de l'arrondissement judiciaire de Verviers
(Province de Liège) sont compétents.
